My friend purchased but hasn’t worn this beautiful lightweight cotton floral blouse. Exotic colorful blooms on black background. Classic lapel and roll tab sleeves for shorter option if desired. Longer length makes for a lean silhouette. Flat measurements: PTP is 23.5,” length approximately 31” from shoulder seam, and sleeve opening just over 4” when buttoned. I think the one tiny mark by lapel is an imperfection in the fabric, not a stain. Like new condition.
