abang637 @kadenurrea it has an elastic waistband, so it has stretch. I have a 26 waist and fits me just fine, not too tight. It could probably fit up to a 27 inch waist so this skirt could fit a size 4/6

abang637 @kadenurrea I think so, especially if you want it to fit you well in the waist when you wear it highwaisted. The XS is more suited to you. I'm not gonna try and sell you something that I know won't fit because I myself worked in a tailor shop.
