@linmare added another pic of the 18” measurement arm pit to arm pit. It fits up to 38B but ideal for 34-36. The dress is very stretchy so it just gets tighter fitting…

@linmare sorry I forgot the waist measurement…it goes in slightly at the waist to about 16” lying flat taken just below the knot.
