New, but I cut the tag. never worn one shoulder dress with side zipper. Love this dress, but it is a bit loose on me. Tagged as 0P. Would fit an S best I think, or a more busty XS It's more of a teal than an emerald IMO Length shoulder to bottom hem 35” at longest, armpit to armpit: 15.5”, waist: 14”.
