NWOT LOFT adorable drop-waist dress in navy blue and red plaid

Really cute Loft brand drop waist dress in a brushed, cozy fabric. Midnight navy and rich, red plaid. Size small. The tags came off of this, and I never ended up wearing it. Adorable ruffle detail at the neckline and cuffs, would be the perfect dress with tights and ballet flats, or a pair of boots for fall!
