NWOT, never worn Lilly Pulitzer dress—size 14. This dress was part of the 20th Anniversary Collection for Target, and is lined. It is missing the paper tags but has the plastic “tag hanger” still attached. Please note the label has been crossed out but no one can see that when you are wearing it 🙂. Smoke free, pet free home.
