NWOT Lilly Pulitzer maxi dress

I purchased this dress on Poshmark, but it is too small for me. It is labeled as a large, but as shown, the relaxed pit to pit is 16 inches. I included info from previous Posher. Never worn. Navy and white chevron print. Elastic at waist. Smoke free, dog loving home.
