NWOT Little girl’s bright, cheery, multicolored, flowered skort by Justice

This is a darling little flared skort reminiscent of what we used to call a skater skirt. It’s polyester and elastic (quite stretchy) perfect year round with tights for cooler weather but adorable for Spring / summer.
