NWOT Long sleeve H&M padded shoulder dress with open back. XS

Sophisticated but sexy……padded shoulders with pleating details and a slightly open back gives this dress 2 thumbs up! Flowy material to wear heels, sandals, booties, or over the knee boots! Belt not included, but any thinner black belt would work. XS but could also fit a Small. I’m 5’6 for length reference.
