NWOT Love Blossom 3X shirt dress with tie sash and sleeve tabs in royal blue

New and unworn royal blue midi dress by Love Blossom brand with bust darts and gold tone buttons all the way down and on the sleeves, which have roll tabs. Fabric belt that ties around the waist and two belt loops, one on each side of the waist, 3-part belt is sewn onto one side. Size 3X. Approximate measurements are: length 44 inches from shoulder to hem, pit to pit 25 inches, sleeves 10.5 inches. Sash or belt is attached on one side; single sash is about 35 inches, double sash is about 23 inches. Fabric is 100% polyester with a wavy or waffle knit type of look. Interesting belt has three parts, one long portion with a grommet and then a shorter portion of two sashes. Not sure how you are supposed to tie this.
