NWOT. Lovely blue tiered lightweight dress

I saw this featured on the Today show as a “deal.” Loved it. Ordered it. Tried it on. Discovered I like everything about it except length. Too short for me. It’s 35” from top of back neck to hem. Lovely tired gathered fabric gives this a lovely flow and movement. Long sleeves gathered at wrists. V new with two button closure. 19” pit to pit measure. It Would easily fit a size 10 lady. If I had fabric to add one more tier, I’d keep it. But it would be perfect for fall with tights boots and a denim jacket.
