gabelaine Hi, hope all is well, this is a lovely bag. I'm just writing to double-check on the condition. The description here says new without tags (NWOT) but in other parts of the ad, it says that the back is pre-used, which contradicts the NWOT description. The "pre-used" part appears when looking at the bag online before I've logged into Poshmark. So I just wanted to ask if this bag is indeed new and unused but without tags - or is it used, however gently? Thank you.

barthdiane2 @gabelaine hello, thank you for reaching out to me on this Lug bag I have for sale. Yes it is new and I’m confused on what part of my ad that it says the back is pre-use? I doubled checked my ad and I don’t see that. Maybe it was someone else’s ad and confused with my ad? I’m really not sure. barthdiane2 @gabelaine Thank you for taking the time for the screenshot. I’m so confused after researching for hours. I figured out when it’s online & it says NWOT they list it as used. That really upsets me! I scrolled for hours only to find my ad. I have sold other Lug bags NWOT with no problems. This bag is new. I really appreciate you taking the time to reach out to me. I will contact Poshmark and see why this happened. Thanks
