abbybak17 @krystalalva hello, no it is not. The bottom skirt is a flowy chiffon material. I believe the top is chiffon as well. Very lightweight and very beautiful on. I am 5’1” and it is too long for me. With wedges it would be fine but it has been sitting in my closet and should be worn on someone as it’s so beautiful!
