Super fun and fitted dark blue off shoulder flounce hem dress. Dress is pull on with no zipper and the fabric has some stretch to it. Fabric is a ponte/crepe fabric. No lining. Underarm 14” Flat waist 11.5” Length 41.5” - 49” Dress is brand new and unworn, but has been kept on the sales floor and tried on in store.
