NWOT Lulus polka dot tie front midi dress

This summer dress is so dang cute! It’s brand new, I took the tags off before realizing the bust is just too large for me and I have never worn it. Lightweight cottony fabric and a swingy skirt with a full button front. Waist is 28” bust 34” across but the tie and stretchy back make it very adjustable. From top of waistband to bottom is 28”.
