NWOT MADELINE & MONROE faux leather black skirt

Fabric: 100% polyester, fully lined. Hand wash, hang dry. Skirt has exposed zipper in back that zips in both directions.  In excellent new condition. Note: the sizes run small.  Size M: Waist: 28", Hip width: 16.5", Length: 24.5" Half mannequin is wearing a size M. She measures 24" waist, 35" hips Size L:  Waist: 32" across, Hip width: 18.5", Length: 25.5" Full mannequin is wearing a size L. She measures 37" bust, 29" waist, 39" hips
