NWOT Maison d’Amelie ladies red blouse

It’s new but without tag. I cut off the tags but I didn’t even try it on. I bought to match another item in my closet but the red just doesn’t look great with the item. The fabric feels like silk. Lightweight and soft. 100% polyester. Hand or machine washable. Smocked detail on shoulders. Ruffle around neckline. Fabric tie that can be tied or not. The cuffs have elastic with tiny ruffle at wrist to match neck. It’s a lovely top but I realized I will never wear it. So someone can get a real bargain here.
