If you are unfamiliar with this fabric please look at the up-close photo. Those are not flaws! That is the nature of this gorgeous decadent weave. It has a sheen that glows. It's difficult to capture the color. It's a stunning eye-grabbing hot pink fuchsia - a blue pink not a warm pink. The drawstring along half the waist allows for a wide range of sizes and creates the most charming bustle. I've been holding onto this skirt for a month or two because I love it so much but it's just not my color.... waist laying flat ~25" (fully open) - 12" (cinched as tight as it goes) length ~38"
