NWOT Max Studio layered maxi skirt S

when I wanted to wear it was too big. Super soft fabric in black with white stripes. Innermost layer has area that is down to other side - this is not an open sarong but is daring style. Tried to take pictures to show. Inside button closure - 1 button hole & 2 buttons to choose tightness level. Left side tie close. Not full wrap. See photos. Waist measures approximately 14from closest button to label, 17” from button furthest from label. Length at longest point approximately 35”.
