Elastic around short sleeves. Has a liner. Tiered maxi. There are pink spots throughout dress…that is part of the print of the dress no stains. P2P is 19 inches and length is 53 inches. Waist is 16 inches and stretched ton19 inches. Liner is about 22 inches wide and dress drapes over. Size L.
