leahfjohnson @stephanie17lyn Hi! Laying flat not stretched out: 16.5 inches. Laid flat stretched out to max (there is elastic in the waistband): about 20 inches. I hope that helps. Thank you for your interest. ☺️

leahfjohnson @deltaeta06 hey! The waist band has some stretch to them but I would say these would fit a 6/8 better. I usually wear an 8/10 but I have thick thighs so these shorts didn’t really work for me. If you have less thick thighs they might work! I hope that helps ☺️
