New without tags Chubbies men's 5" California Flag shorts. Size Large. The inseam is 5" and the waist measures 28" relaxed and will stretch up to 34" comfortably. The shorts have a zippered fly, belt loops, and three pockets. Made in the USA. 100% cotton. They have never been worn or washed.
