New without tags Chubbies men's 5" California Flag shorts. Size Medium. The inseam is 5" and the waist measures 26" relaxed and will stretch up to 30-32" comfortably. The shorts have a zippered fly, belt loops, and three pockets. Made in the USA. 100% cotton. They have never been worn or washed.
