NWOT Men's Warm Winter Coat (1X)

This is NWOT purchased from China. It is well made but the size is completely off. I'd estimate it as an XL or a small 2X at most. It is well made and has lots of pockets and stylish details. Bought is for my hubby during the pandemic and it would have cost more to ship it back than it was worth. The brand says ROUGH STOCK.
