This is a super cute brand new, without tags pair of lace shorts with fringe trim. They have a drawstring tie waist and pockets! They are by the brand Miami which is sold at Francesca’s and other boutiques. Approximately 13.5” at the waist with a 2.5” inseam (including the fringe). no swaps!
