NWOT - Mini Boden smocked polka dot summer dress navy and white 7-8y

New, in original package but without tag. Never worn. Beautiful swirly GIRL'S dress, adjustable spaghetti straps (2 buttons as in detailed picture) and comfortable smocked top. The ruffle bottom has a design using the opposite print white and navy to outline flowers. Very cute. Very 70's style. - elasticized body is 11.5in measured relaxed. If stretched it goes comfortably to 14.5 in. Empire waist. - length is 28 in + additional 4 in of the straps - the skirt is fully lined. Dress and lining are 100% cotton. Wear with a t-shirt underneath for fall!
