Black palm-printed satin (100% Polyester). Hourglass. Tie Neck. Long sleeves. Pull-on. 33.5" from shoulder to hemline. Made in the USA of imported fabric. Ruffled tiers add a fun flounce to this swingy MISA Los Angeles mini dress with a split tie neck and tropical print. I never had opportunity to wear. Always felt it was a little too big on top for me.
