NWOT Miss Candyfloss Bassie-Regina swing dress M

Gorgeous dress. Never wore it. I thought about altering it but figure I should just sell it—sold out everywhere. Measurements are about 39” bust and up to 33” waist. However, the bodice is fairly short; the underbust seam sits about 2/3 down my breasts. (I do have an abnormally long torso and although my bust measures 39”, I’m roughly a 32J US, so mostly boob. I recommend this for someone with smaller breasts.) Never worn. Belt not included. Rare.
