NWOT Modcloth Peplum Dress

NWOT vibrant colbalt blue Modcloth sleeveless dress, first photo shows color best my pics didn't do it justice, with a peplum waist and contrasting orange belt, zips up the back, length from waist to hem is approximately 18.5/19", waist measurement in pics, has a really nice art deco detailing in the front, the material is polyester and spandex, it has kinda of a scuba material feel. Note there is a pic of a pulled thread in the front, no other flaws, never worn NWOT.
