This beautiful wedding dress (size 6) is new without tags. It was too small in the arms. There are however a few small discolored spots that may come out with cleaning. Dress was never worn except to try it on briefly. It would be easy for any skilled seamstress to replace sleeves or make any changes if desired. In excellent condition. Measurements: bust: approximately 17" across
