NWOT Mulla Smocked Mini Dress

This NWOT Mulla dress is fun and flirty! The smock detailing is so well done on this mini. The camera didn’t pick up the beautiful shimmer threads throughout the dress but they add some elegance to this piece. This was a great boutique find!
