NWOT - NEW YORK & CO - 2 PC SET. Loc BUB This is a 2 tone top and pleated skirt. Colors are burgundy red and deep burgundy marron. The top has cut out shoulder 3/4 sleeves, elastic at waist and a full size medium. The skirt is pleated all around, back zipper, burgundy lining and size 14. Never worn but removed tags, mint condition. Measurements: Top- Bust - 23", Hip -19" unstretched, Length - 25". Skirt - Waist -18", Hip -26" and can go larger, Length -19".
