Toddler Girls formal dress. White lace top (attached) with blue glitter tulle skirt. Lined. 100% polyester. Machine wash. Two button closure on back. Brand new (received as a gift without the price tag, only the brand tag). After storing, found two pink discolorations on front left close to seam. Both are smaller than a pin head.
