@yesseniamaribel my arms aren't tiny no, but it's wasn't so tight I couldn't fit in it it was just tight like moving my elbows. And I have an account on mmercari as well but this item isn't listed there yet

If you're 5'3" I think the length of this jacket would be perfect for you (which was the main problem I had with it sadly) the only thing that may seem small is the arms but you can always scroll them up
