NWOT Neon Hi-Lo Sweater Dress, Small

NWOT Neon Hi-Lo Sweater Dress with Tie. Relaxed Mock Neck. Size Small, but is a relaxed oversized fit. Would fit someone who wears medium sized clothing easily, and if you wanted a more fitted look, a size large body could wear it. I am 5’2”, 125lbs and it is just too oversized for my liking. Very cozy and warm:)
