These pants are brand new...just a bit wrinkled from being in storage. The outer body is 100% nylon & the soft flannel lining is a cotton/polyester blend. They are water/wind resistant, so great for you joggers who run no matter what the weather!๐ The soft, gray, lightweight flannel lining is cozy & warm. They have zipper closings at bottoms of legs for easy on/off at gym without removing shoes. Deep zippered side pockets on front & stretchy elastic waist with adjustable tie. @jesss_tayyylor Ok, I posted measurements, but the waist measurement is deceiving because it is elastic & very stretchy. It will easily stretch out another couple inches if you need it. The inseam is about 30.5" & the rise is a high 12.5". Any more questions, please ask me!๐
