NWOT Oddi Distressed Holes Ruffle Hem Top

Brand New! Never worn. Bought from an online boutique but it didn't come with tags. Size small. Color is a light blue. Distressing with holes all over. Seam down the front of the shirt. Purposely not lined up bottom hem. Bottom also has ruffles all the way around.
