NWOT, Off the Shoulder Dress

NWOT! Never been worn, it is off the shoulder and it has straps, so it's a more of a cold shoulder dress! It has beautiful Flower/Lace detail along the top of the dress. It is Black and White striped everywhere else. This is a size S. I am 5'3 and it hit me 1 inch above my knee.
