NWOT Old Navy Top

This beautiful Old Navy top has never been worn. I removed tags to try on at home and it doesn’t fit me correctly! Wah! It’s so pretty with blue tie dye ink blot, adjustable straps, there is elastic through back area so it will stretch from the 15” pit to pit measurement that is pictured. It is a size small!
