This NWOT short cropped puffer by Old Navy is water-resistant and frost free, exactly what you want to feel warm and cozy. The bottom hem is adjustable to hold in the heat and keep cold air out. There are two zipper pockets and a snap pocket inside. It was bought straight from the Old Navy Outlet it just doesn’t have the tags. It comes from a smoke and pet free home.
