This absolutely gorgeous dress was designed to be more of a beach coverup, so there is no lining, but the print is busy enough that with nude underwear you could definitely wear it out and about. Includes the long self tie belt, but I would wear it cinched at the waist with a chunky leather belt. Runs large, and there is ample room in the chest for bustier gals.
