Its jewel tone green although pic looks more blue. Brand new was hanging on mannequin at store. Hem was cut to fit mannequin. Bought from manufacturer. Hem is meant to be asymmetrical. If interested i can provide all measurements. The one shoulder goes on left shoulder. Other than the hem being cut and not sewn no other issues.
