chelsee_effx the shell &lining are both 100% polyester @birdsofparadise the waist is elastic so stretches to fit &i'm a 34B, so it'll fit just fine 👌

chelsee_effx there are two belt loops on the dress, one on each side of the waist @birdsofparadise they give you the option to accent with a belt
