Small Flaw in this cute hat. Hardly noticeable, but I am always very upfront about even the smallest flaws and want to bring it to attention. As seen closely in the 3rd listing photo, there is a bit of a smudge in the vinyl rainbow design, and the bottom tips of a few of the rainbow stripes are a bit wrinkled. The lower price reflects the flaws in the hat design. It is still cute and colorful and this flaw is small and very hard to see when it is being worn.
