wyndyr This looks flowy and as if it has forgiving underarms and shoulders, but I am afraid of "small." Will it fit a 38B with 48" hips?

lindawardnowako @wyndyr I’m thinking maybe. I’m 36D & 34 hips it’s too big for me. I don’t want to say yes or no for fitting you. I have to leave it up to you would you like me to measure at hips to give you a better idea?
