Yes! I just added photos showing measurements.
The waist all around is 28 inches. The very top of the dress (sits above the chest line, and appears to be similar to the chest measurements) is 20 inches. For reference,, I'm 32/34 B, and the dress fits perfectly and is tight enough not to fall down since it's strapless. The total length of the dress, top to bottom, is 37 inches.
