NWOT Parker NY Hartley Blue Knit Dress Bodycon Dress & Fishnet Sleeves - XS

This is an absolute show stopper!! It was given to me by my cousin so it doesn't have a tag & was too short for me to wear (I'm 5'8"). This bodycon dress in black, teal and off-white is made of 63% rayon & 37% nylon to give it a form fit. It has a beautiful hidden zip closure in the back. The fishnet sleeves are 27" in length from shoulder to wrist. This dress is so unique!
