NWOT Party dress

This adorable party dress features silver matte sequence and fun cut outs on top and the zipper down the back. It is a nice thick stretchy material. It’s very well-made and it is 33 inches from the shoulder to the hemline and a 13 inch waist laid flat. Never worn no tags. Perfect for a holiday party or wedding guest
