I'm bit confused. Is there also a "hand held" handle that's seven inches as well as the 22 to 24 inch strap? I'm super short and don't like the straps too long. What's the shortrest you can make the strap ? thank you

@chrismxyz Hello. I have edited the listing. I have someone who lists for me at times and they had some info incorrect.
The drop is about 22” which is the measurement from top of the strap to the top of the purse. The 24” is to the bottom of the shoulder strap ( where it attaches to the purse on the side.) The strap can’t be removed ( see photo) also the strap is at the shortest with the measurements.
I’ve added more pictures for you too see.
