austintsmom @dcdani84 I think it's a polyester blend and waist is elastic but I'll get the exact material and measurement for you tonight.

austintsmom @dcdani84 because this was a display dress it doesn't have a materials tag only the brand tag and a handwritten tag on inside with just numbers but best I can tell it is a soft lightweight polyester blend on outside and the lining is a cotton/nylon blend. Empire waist measures 12" across front without stretching and about 17" if stretched out.
